These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital eSIM data plans. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the Refund Policy.

1. Our service

We sell digital, data-only eSIM plans for compatible, network-unlocked devices. Coverage, speed and availability depend on the destination, local partner networks, device, location and network conditions. Unless a plan expressly says otherwise, calls and SMS are not included.

2. Eligibility and device compatibility

You must be legally able to enter into a contract and provide accurate order information. Before buying, you are responsible for confirming that your device supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and is compatible with the destination network.

3. Orders, prices and payment

Prices, currency, data allowance and validity are shown before checkout. Taxes or payment-provider charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or product unavailability.

4. Digital delivery and activation

Your eSIM or activation instructions are delivered electronically after successful payment. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by payment review or third-party systems. Install the eSIM only on the intended device and follow the displayed activation instructions. An eSIM QR or activation code may be single-use and must be kept confidential.

5. Acceptable use and availability

You may not resell, copy, misuse or use the service unlawfully. Temporary interruptions, local network restrictions or maintenance can occur. We will provide reasonable support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular speed in every location.

6. Refunds and liability

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and mandatory consumer law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities or issues caused by an incompatible or locked device, incorrect customer information, device settings, local network outages or use outside the covered destination. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

7. Changes and contact
